The apartment Bali is situated in the middle of the green area of Berlin, the Tiergarten. Due to the exclusive and unique bamboo decoration, the guest feels like he/she is travelling to the Far East world. The heated two cell waterbed with 90% relaxing level gives an experience of exceptional comfort. The special style of the decoration with the original accessories from Bali gives the guest additional inducement for relaxing in a nice atmosphere. It is a hideaway for lovers of the specials in the middle of the center of Berlin, in governmental and the president's neighborhood.
Size and Decoration:
The suite is modernly styled 1-room apartment (37 m²) with big balcony that comes to the south side and has a view to green relaxing area. In the apartment: Bamboo waterbed (2m x2 m), bamboo night table with lamp, bamboo cupboard, dining area and sitting area that is made of banana leaves, big Benjamin tree, flat screen TV (37') with cable TV, DVD player that is able to reproduce SD cards, stereo sound system, books, cd's and collections of board games, lighted glass cabinet with crystal glass, big balcony with sitting area and solar lights. You can choose bed linen between cotton, microfiber, satin or damask. Huge space with dining area (glass table and bar stools). The kitchen has a fridge, water heater, coffee machine, toaster, two hotplates and utilities (glasses, plates and etc.).
Location:
The apartment is situated in Hansaviertel, in the middle of the green area of Berlin, the Tiergarten, and just a few steps away from the famous shopping street Kurfürstendamm, Unter den Linden and administration quarter. The Hansaviertel, created for the international exhibition in 1957, gives you an unusual quality of living in the middle of the capital city. Only 100 meters away from the apartment you find the subway station Hansaplatz and from there, only one station away, you can reach the west area of the city with Zoologischen Garten and Kurfüstendamm. The Sbahnhof Bellevue (200 meters away from the apartment) transports you with one station to the main train station, Hauptbahnhof. The palace Bellevue, the Siegessäule, the Brandenburger Tor, the Reichstag, the Kanzleramt, the boulevard Unter den Linden, the Gendarmen markt, Museum island - all awesome sightseeing only a few minutes away. The airport Tegel is located just in 10 minutes away with the car. All cinemas that shows international movies can be easily reach by walk. The Messegelänge, ICC, is just ten minutes away.
Area:
The apartment is located in a green, quiet, good looking modern area in the Flensburger Street. In the neighborhood you can find different shops, restaurants, pubs and bars. The world famous theater "Grips" is only 100m away, at the Hansaplatz, the theater "Bellevue" is directly in the next house. The café "Buchwald", famous for its homemade Baumkuchen (cake), is only 3 minutes away. At the Hansaplatz you will find a small nice looking café with own bakery which is open day- and nighttime.

All prices are for apartments, no matter the number of persons. It includes costs like bed lines and towels. Prices for longer visits (over 4 weeks) are available only on the request. There is an extra obligatory 25€ fee that must be paid for the staying in every apartment, for the cleaning at the end of your staying. All prices include 7% tax.
