The apartments Copenhagen and Stockholm can be combined together with an internal connecting door to a spacious double bed apartment, which has the name of Sylt. Since both single apartments are made in Nordic style, as can be read in the individual descriptions of apartments, they can be add up to a large 74 m² , cozy, harmonic apartment for families , couples and groups.The apartment Sylt is located in the center of Berlin near the Tiergarten, less than 5 minutes walking from the Victory Column. With its cozy and modern decor with pine, leather and designer furniture it awaits the guests and offers homely atmosphere. Cable TV, hi-fi system , DVD player, books , CDs and many other facilities give guests comfort to relax after the exploration of the city , visit of a museum or a concert.It combines the living in the city center, close to the Government and President of the Confederation, and in the comfort of a holiday apartment. Out of town, but feel like home - the Sylt apartment offers you this possibility.
Size and Decoration:
Modern tiled 2-room apartment ( 74 m²) on the 3rd floor with two large balconies facing to the southwest . Two twin beds (each 1.80 mx2m ) with bedside tables made of solid pine wood, wardrobes, two sitting areas with glass tables , leather couches and leather stools , two breakfast areas with glass table and bar stools, large Benjamin trees. Each apartment has flat screen with cable TV, DVD player with slots for all popular digital camera memory cards, hi-fi equipment , books, CDs and games collections , lighted display cabinets with lead crystal glasses , two large balconies with seating areas, benches and Fries solar lights. You can choose between cotton, microfiber , satin and Damask bed linen. Two corridors with wardrobes made of solid pine. Two separated kitchens with refrigerators, electric cookers, kettles, coffee machines, toasters and each apartment features a full of crockery, glasses, cutlery and everything the guest needs to for the small and the large kitchen. Two tiled bathrooms with shower and toilet. Suitable for up to 6 people.
Location:
The apartment is situated in Hansaviertel, in the middle of the green area of Berlin, the Tiergarten, and just a few steps away from the famous shopping street Kurfürstendamm, Unter den Linden and administration quarter. The Hansaviertel, created for the international exhibition in 1957, gives you an unusual quality of living in the middle of the capital city. Only 100 meters away from the apartment you find the subway station Hansaplatz and from there, only one station away, you can reach the west area of the city with Zoologischen Garten and Kurfüstendamm. The Sbahnhof Bellevue (200 meters away from the apartment) transports you with one station to the main train station, Hauptbahnhof. The palace Bellevue, the Siegessäule, the Brandenburger Tor, the Reichstag, the Kanzleramt, the boulevard Unter den Linden, the Gendarmen markt, Museum island - all awesome sightseeing only a few minutes away. The airport Tegel is located just in 10 minutes away with the car. All cinemas that shows international movies can be easily reach by walk. The Messegelänge, ICC, is just ten minutes away.
Area:
The apartment is located in a green, quiet, good looking modern area in the Flensburger Street. In the neighborhood you can find different shops, restaurants, pubs and bars. The world famous theater "Grips" is only 100m away, at the Hansaplatz, the theater "Bellevue" is directly in the next house. The café "Buchwald", famous for its homemade Baumkuchen (cake), is only 3 minutes away. At the Hansaplatz you will find a small nice looking café with own bakery which is open day- and nighttime.

All prices are for apartments, no matter the number of persons. It includes costs like bed lines and towels. Prices for longer visits (over 4 weeks) are available only on the request. There is an extra obligatory 25€ fee that must be paid for the staying in every apartment, for the cleaning at the end of your staying. All prices include 7% tax.
