Only 100 meters away from the apartment you find the subway station Hansaplatz and from there, only one station away, you can reach the west area of the city with Zoologischen Garten and Kurfüstendamm. The Sbahnhof Bellevue (200 meters away from the apartment) transports you with one station to the main train station, Hauptbahnhof. The café "Buchwald", famous for its homemade Baumkuchen (cake), is only 3 minutes away. At the Hansaplatz you will find a small nice looking café with own bakery which is open day- and nighttime.

All prices are for apartments, no matter the number of persons. It includes costs like bed lines and towels. Prices for longer visits (over 4 weeks) are available only on the request. There is an extra obligatory 25€ fee that must be paid for the staying in every apartment, for the cleaning at the end of your staying. All prices include 7% tax.
